it had a comfortable bed and pillows. we truly enjoyed pastries, fruit, coffee and yogurt, but we did n't have time and did n't try everything.

I tried some drinks at bar Jefferson's Restaurant & Bar, located 5 minutes walk away. Proximity to jefferson pools. A decent place for exploring Hot Springs. Really enjoyed my stay here and do recommend.

Would like to go back here again for a weekend. Totally a great experience. We appreciated to have evening drinks at Jefferson's Restaurant & Bar, based nearby. The pool was a delight: )
Nothing to complain about at all.

The location was beautiful and the staff were generally friendly
we chose this hotel for its array of activities, booking it six months in advance. They neglected to tell us we should have pre- booked all our activities and in house restaurants before our arrival. Every single activity was fully booked and our 12 year old was left with nothing but the swimming pool. In addition, they advertised both a mini golf and a lazy river and slides for Summer 2012. The mini golf wasn't built and the lazy river opened on the afternoon of our last day. At $400 a night this hotel proved to be a huge disappointment.

We liked the history tour and dinner at 1776 restaurant. The fitness center needs an upgrade and it would have been nice to take classes in there, but there were none offered. The spa seemed nice but the prices were so high, that we decided not to have any treatments. The tea in the afternoon was fun. Unfortunately the day we took the tour to see the Cascade waterfalls, it was pouring rain so we got drenched and weren't able to get the full tour. We thought the bowling prices were very high so we didn't go bowling. We were supposed to go to the Jefferson pools on Monday Jan 2, but they were closed despite the fact that the concierge told us they were open! So all in all, we had fun but not sure we'd go back soon.

The grounds were stunning. Views of the mountains and the fall foliage were spectacular. The great hall, dinning rooms, event rooms, library and other facilities were impressive. Great long weekend!
I was disappointed in the size of our bathroom. Small shower, really small sink and no vanity area.

Only the staff was good and very helpful
Extremely Over priced and very poor breakfast quality, no maintenance at the building . I am not recommending it at all
